5 Chefs that will spice up your quarantine meals

Urban lifestyle has taught many business ladies to prioritise their time - a millennium woman would have her breakfast on the go and grab her lunch-time dose of gastronomic pleasures from a café close-by her office. However, as workplace environment has shifted to our home desks, our visits to cafes and restaurants are also postponed for an indefinite period of time. Being used to having the widest selection of cuisines every day, it is uneasy to accept such a change. Yet, a modern human would try to adjust by recreating some delicious, top-quality dishes herself. And Dazl, of course, is here to help.

Italian twist

Massimo Bottura, Michelin-starred chef at Osteria Francescana, has created a branded hashtag on Instagram featuring his quarantine cooking classes. It is a series of IGTVs and posts that will show you how to cook Italian dishes at home with your family. It is entertaining, easy to follow, and it will surely cheer up your loved ones!

For veggie lovers

David Frenkiel and his family will teach you how to make some of the most delicious vegetarian dishes. In his posts and stories, he features the best recipes from his very own Green Kitchen Stories book and his blog. If you are a vegetarian, make sure to try it out!

Oriental move

Padma Lakshmi is an Indian mom based in the USA. Padma will teach you to cook dishes from Indian, Asian, Arabic and Moroccan cuisines that she is so passionate about right on her Instagram page! She will even give you a brief tutorial on how to eat with your bare hands, as it is widely practiced in Southeast Asia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and India.

Dolce Vita with Edd!

Edd Kimber is a talented baker and food writer. He offers the most creative approach to making unforgettable muffins, cookies and bread. Also, his special home bagels will leave anyone speechless. Your taste buds will say thank you!

And of course Japanese

Hiroyuki Terada will show you how to cook the tastiest sushi the easiest way. There is something very sophisticated about Japanese cuisine. Spicing up your quarantine with some Japanese flavors seems like a great idea. Watch his YouTube channel to learn how to do it step by step.
