New books for your weekend-at-home nights!

As you may have noticed, Dazl Club only offers niche and extraordinary resources. We like to monitor all the available information and present only the most eye-catching pieces. For our reading audience, we are eager to introduce you to our newly explored list of books that will bring you joy, relax your mind, educate you and unravel the current meaning of racism. Enjoy!

  • For you to start thinking out of the box, we recommend “Human Kind” by Rutger Bregman. This book guides you through the history of human kindness and explores the motivations behind human actions via a tender psychological point of view.

  • For the mind, we recommend “Meditations” by Marcus Aurelius. It will be your philosophical reflection on virtue, emotion and great living. By helping you find the meaning of life, it will naturally guide you through your pursuit of happiness.

  • If you have been reading the news, maybe it’s time to educate yourself in the field of racism and discrimination. “How to Be an Antiracist” by Ibram X. Kendi will teach you that the problem is much deeper and it affects us all. The world claims to be neutral and non-racist, but it is not enough. We need to be “Antiracist”.

  • If you are looking for a funny romantic comedy after a long day, we recommend “Conversations With Friends” by Sally Rooney. This book will not only pay you a good laugh, but it might educate you how to be true and honest, as a lot of secrets are unfolded only during sentimental deep conversations with “Friends”.

  • And of course, “Writers & Lovers” by Lily King will be one of the most beautiful novels you may have encountered in your life. Through the voice of contemporary fiction this book captures the beauty and the disappointments of modern relationships.

We hope you like our selection! Let us know your favourite books, we cannot wait to start a conversation with you!

Yours, Dazl Club
